Join us for a defense-focused skills session on May 18th from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Cwench Centre by Canlan. This small-group training (max 6 players) is designed for defense players of all genders, and will focus on: Gap control and stick positioning Defensive footwork and transitions Breakout decision-making and puck movement Spots are extremely limited — ideal for players looking for detailed, position-specific development.
