Our focus is simple: teach the fundamentals the right way, with lots of repetitions, confidence-building challenges, and game-based learning. 🔹 Training Focus 1. Skating & Balance Fundamentals Proper skating stance and body control Inside/outside edges (age-appropriate) Quick starts and small accelerations Balance, coordination, and confidence on skates 2. Puck Control Basics Soft hands and comfortable puck handling Stickhandling while moving Simple dekes and direction changes Keeping the head up and handling pressure 3. Shooting & Passing (Introduction) Proper hand position Wrist shot fundamentals Puck release mechanics Passing and receiving the puck in motion 4.
