Edges & Skating Technique Explosive starts and acceleration mechanics Edge control with balance and body stability Proper hockey stance and posture Applying edgework in real game situations 2. Puck Control & Stickhandling Advanced dekes and fakes used by top players Creative puck control under pressure Confidence and comfort with the puck in all areas of the ice 3. Shooting & Passing Skills Wrist shot – accuracy and quick release Snap shot – speed and power generation Slap shot – body rotation and weight transfer Backhand – quick execution in tight spaces One-timer and catch-and-release techniques Smart passing — precision, timing, and connection with teammates 4.
