Cancellation Policy

If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please contact us. Accuracy – Please ensure all personal and payment details are correct to avoid delays. Availability – All products and programs are subject to availability. If an item or service becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a credit coupon. Cancellations – All bookings are non-refundable. Changes – Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
