ICE RAY GIRLS PRE-SEASON INTENSIVE CAMP

Our Girls Pre-Season Intensive Camp is designed to prepare players for the upcoming season in a focused, high-energy, and supportive environment. 📅 Dates: August 24–28 (Monday–Friday) 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM 📍 Location: Canlan York Arena (989 Murray Ross Parkway, Toronto, ON) 🔸 Age Group: 2012–2015 DAILY SCHEDULE 🟢 Off-Ice Training: 9:15 – 10:45 AM 🔵 On-Ice Training: 11:15 AM – 1:15 PM WEEK STRUCTURE 🔹 Day 1–2: Skills & Skating Foundation Edge work and skating control Puck control and stickhandling Over-speed drills with the puck Balance, coordination, and efficiency 🔹 Day 3: Battles & Puck Protection 1v1 battles and compete drills Puck protection using body positioning Angling and winning possession 🔹 Day 4–5: Shooting, Passing & Game Situations Shooting mechanics and quick release Passing timing and accuracy Small area games and decision-making under pressure TRAINING VOLUME 🔹 2 hours on ice per day (10 hours total) 🔹 1.5 hours off ice per day (7.5 hours total) WHAT PLAYERS GAIN 🔸 Stronger skating and edge control 🔸 Better puck control at speed 🔸 Confidence in battles and contact situations 🔸 Improved shooting and passing execution 🔸 Game-ready habits before the season This camp is ideal for players who want to enter the season confident, prepared, and ahead of the competition. 👉 Spots are limited — secure your place early.
