ICE RAY AFTER-SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – VAUGHAN Location: Honey & Barry Memorial Arena (9600 Bathurst St, Vaughan, ON 🕒 Schedule & Age Groups Wednesdays – 5:00–6:00 PM | Dynamic Skating & Execution 2013–2015 (2012 by approval) – Starts Dec 1 Thursdays – 5:00–6:00 PM | Battle IQ & Puck Protection 2016–2018 (2019 by approval) – Starts Nov 19 🏒 Program Overview The Ice Ray After-School Development Program helps players improve essential hockey skills — skating, puck control, passing, shooting, and decision-making. Each session connects technical training with real-game situations, so players not only learn how to execute but also when and why to use each skill. Small groups (1 coach per 5 players) guarantee personal feedback and consistent progress. 🔹 Program : Powerskating: edge control, stride length, and acceleration Puck Skills: handling under pressure and control in motion Battles & Contact: body contact, positioning, angling, and puck protection Game Play: quick transitions, small-area games, creativity, and hockey IQ Shooting Clinic: each player trains monthly with a shooting coach to refine technique and shot release Led by Coach Daniil Ershov and the Ice Ray coaching team with National Team and KHL experience 💵 Packages DROP-IN - $75 15 sessions – 15% OFF ($63.75 per session) - by request 10 sessions – 10% OFF ($67.75 per session) - by request
