Goal Setting: Based on the evaluation, we will set clear, achievable goals to guide your development. 📍 Skating Development Power Skating: Focus on improving speed, agility, and edge control. Emphasis on stride efficiency and explosive starts. Balance & Stability: Exercises to enhance balance, ensuring a strong, stable base on the ice. 📍 Stickhandling & Puck Control Hand-Eye Coordination: Drills to sharpen hand speed and improve puck handling under pressure. Advanced Techniques: Learn dekes, fakes, and puck protection strategies to outmaneuver opponents. 📍 Shooting & Scoring Shot Mechanics: Break down the mechanics of wrist shots, slap shots, and snap shots to increase accuracy and power. Scoring Tactics: Situational shooting drills designed to develop quick-release shots and goal-scoring instincts. 📍 Positional Play & Game Sense Offensive Strategies: Enhance your understanding of offensive positioning, timing, and passing to create scoring opportunities. Defensive Techniques: Work on angling, gap control, and stick positioning to become a more effective defender. 📍Video Analysis: Gameplay Review: Sessions may include video analysis of your practice and game footage to identify areas for improvement.
